Terms & Conditions
Last updated June 20, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the D' Mauchi Fresh Pizza website and the live wood-fired pizza catering service we provide in Miami, Florida. By requesting a booking or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
We bring a live, wood-fired pizza station to your event and serve fresh, made-to-order pizza for the booked period. Setups include the Pizza Station, Kids Pizza Masterclass and Pizza Bar, booked by the hour and built around your guest count.
2. Bookings and confirmation
- Submitting the form sends us a request; it is not a confirmed booking.
- A booking is confirmed only once we agree on the date, time, location, package and price, and you receive confirmation from us.
- Dates are subject to availability and are held on a first-confirmed basis.
- Please give us accurate event details (address, access, guest count) so we can serve properly.
3. Pricing, deposits and payment
- Prices are quoted per event based on your hours, package and guest count, and are confirmed in writing before the event.
- A deposit may be required to secure your date; the balance is due as agreed, typically on or before the event day.
- Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking. Any applicable taxes or travel fees will be stated up front.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling and weather
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
- Because we cook with live fire, severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling for everyone's safety. We will work with you to find a new date.
- If we cannot perform due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to refunding amounts paid for the affected event.
5. Your responsibilities at the venue
- Provide a safe, level, well-ventilated outdoor space for the oven and station, away from anything flammable and from low overhangs.
- Ensure legal access to the venue and any permits or permissions required by the property or HOA.
- Keep children and guests at a safe distance from the open flame and hot equipment.
- Let us know about power, parking and access constraints in advance.
6. Food, allergens and dietary needs
Our food is prepared fresh on site in a shared cooking environment, so cross-contact with common allergens (including gluten, dairy and others) is possible. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs before the event so we can advise. You are responsible for informing your guests; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
7. Photography and marketing
We may take photos or video at events for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer we do not, just let us know in writing before the event and we will respect that.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D' Mauchi Fresh Pizza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its content, logo, photos and branding are owned by D' Mauchi Fresh Pizza and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
